Don't look towards the sun. That blood red sun. The bird spreads it's wings. The light reflecting. Do you remember that winter? Six feet of snow and icy roads. That car crashed on Lakeshore Drive. The boy past out froze and died. he's not the prodigal son he's just a lost cause. Stumbled in to the wrong room. Walked on the Father with his mistress. Swore to never tell the Mother or he would be beaten. He's not the prodigal son he's just a lost cause. Nothing like a sunny day but he hasn't seen any of those. Nothing like a sunny day but he hasn't seen much of those. We are not the prodigal sons we are a lost cause. Nothing will Change.

Do you know the sound of love? I know the sound of hate. Do you know the world for what it is? I know the world for what i want. Do you seek the ones who need it? Oh lord I need it I need it. Do you feel entitled to what you are? I'm entitled to more.. I'm sorry you feel that way.

The Trees Limbs (free) 04:22
Tell me where'd you go. Ive been waiting. Tell me it's not that simple and you're staying. Tell me I've lost my touch and there's nothing. Running through the brushes with scrapes and bruises. Scars an inflammable past in the rearview but despite all of this I still have my faith and I still have my love. Despite my fears I still know love. Don't look back at the sins. Don't look back at the sin that plaques us. Because I feel.. Because I feel. I still know i still know love oh love i still know I still know Love.

Quiet Times (free) 05:03
Young boy in his room theres laundry on the floor and old coffee cups. Put that record on escape reality listen to the joyful melody. Across the hall they're arguing again. Mom and Dad won't stop till someone wins. "it's all your fault you little pig, how could you treat your wife like that?" "it's all your fault you little sickness how can manipulate your husband like that?" He hears the door slam. She says she's never coming back. Daddy opens up the fridge grabs a cold one. Swallows it down and grabs two more. He thinks his life just walked out the door. But his life is all alone up in your room. Young boy don't you dare cry it will always be alright.

Life On The West Coast (free) 02:46
Oh my lord jesus christ. Show me where to lie. My bed is made of ruined lives. Just show me where is the light. So i'll make it on the other side and i'll be in the right line with my loved ones and no one has to cry. Oh my son it's all alright. Don't look at her when she cries. Mother will be fine. ignore my hands ill make it right. So you never knew we fight and the pain will hide inside and your Mother will be alright. Because we're family and thats alright, the whiskey makes it right.
